ORDER MODIFICATION

Unfortunately, once you place an order it is not possible to modify the order. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.

If you wish to add to the existing order you will need to place a new order.

Unfortunately, once you place an order it is not possible to fulfill any cancellation requests. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming at checkout. 

INVENTORY DISCREPENCIES

In rare circumstances technical discrepancies occur within the online store. In the case you have purchased an item no longer available you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and given a refund or an alternative preferred resolution.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please plan accordingly during these holiday periods as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. Orders will be processed and shipped the follow business day.

HOLDING ORDERS

All orders are processed automatically, and we unfortunately do not hold products/orders.

DELAYS - COVID-19 UPDATE

Our postal service Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays in our network due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. 

These delay’s mean they are temporarily suspending the express post guarantee of next day delivery as they are unable to commit to this timeframe. Express post is still available, but parcels may not be delivered the next business day every time. 

SAFETY

ADDITIONAL MEASURES TAKEN BY SHIPPING PARTNERS

We are all doing our part to ensure we are operating as safely as possible. Postal services are undergoing further steps to adhere to these tightening guidelines as a directive from the government. Postal and delivery workers are equipped with their own sanitation items including gloves, sanitiser gel and masks and are signing on your behalf (in your presence) whilst observing the recommended social distancing recommendations. Rest assured, your safety is our priority. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct. 

During sales period, please allow for an additional 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. 

ORDER SHIPPING

We only ship from Sydney and within Australia.  As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number to track the delivery. 

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item(s) arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to split your order and have the in-stock items sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shipping fees if we ship items separately. 

During sale and peak periods there may be slight delivery delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this stage there are no international deliveries available. However, keep a look out for on our social media pages and subscribing to our mailing list to be the first to know of any changes.

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle. Please see the below details based on your shipping company.

FLAT RATE Standard shipping: $10

Express Shipping: $25

 

In the rare case of any parcels over 5 kgs, it will incur additional costs displayed at check out

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Simply click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED

As COVID has affected us all, especially with state specific lockdowns, please allow 7–14 business days (standard) and 4–7 business days (express) from when you placed your order to expect your items. Though, refer to your tracking code, sent through email, for expected delivery.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

  • Check the order status by entering the order number from the confirmation email
  • Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
  • In the case of a missed delivery contact your local post office or pick up location as they hold parcels for a maximum of 10 business days prior to returning/sending the parcel back to us.
